Abstract:Based on an internal and external destination image framework, the authors inspected the locality of Hubei Province,Central China, and put forward an advertising theme "A new communication center of the country" for the Province. In the last half of the paper,the authors give an extensive process to establish the image of Hubei Province to the target market.
